Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering please check your junk folder first, then reach out to us at support@caelova.co
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email please contact us at support@caelova.co and we'll track it down and resolve it straight away.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Caelova is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
