About Caelova
It started with my Mum.
She's been living with diabetes for years. And like thousands of Australians who rely on a CGM sensor every single day, she knows the frustration all too well — that moment you look down and realise your sensor is lifting at the edges. Or worse, it's gone completely. A $80–$100 sensor, gone. An interrupted reading at the worst possible time. The quiet stress of wondering if it'll make it through a shower, a swim, or just a regular Tuesday.
I watched that happen one too many times.
So I did something about it.
Who We Are
Caelova is an Australian-owned small business built around one simple idea — that managing diabetes is hard enough without having to worry about your sensor staying put. We're not a big corporation. It's just me, determined to find a better solution for my Mum, and for every Australian living with diabetes who deserves to get on with their life without the constant sensor anxiety.
What We Sell
We sell waterproof CGM sensor patches — soft, medical-grade cotton covers that go over your Freestyle Libre, Dexcom, or Medtronic sensor and keep it firmly in place through showers, swims, workouts, and everything in between. Ultra-thin at just 0.04cm and weighing 1.3g, you'll barely know they're there. Available in Black, Blue, Pink, and Beige — because your sensor should work for your life, not against it.
Why We Sell It
Because I tested these patches on my Mum myself. I watched them hold through her daily routine — the showers, the movement, the moments that used to end with a peeling sensor. And I thought — if this works for her, it'll work for you too.
There are plenty of overseas brands selling CGM accessories. But I wanted to build something Australian. Something where you could reach out and get a real response from a real person who actually understands what you're going through. Someone whose Mum uses the same patches she's selling you.
That's Caelova.
Our Promise
Every product we sell is personally tested before it goes anywhere near our store. If it doesn't meet the standard I'd want for my own Mum, it doesn't make the cut. Simple as that.
If you ever have a question, a problem, or just want to chat about what's working for you — reach out. I actually reply.
